She Co-founded the 9-month old Crunchy Boutique (natural parenting shop) with her mom Keema and brother Brandon. To Lauren, social media is the best way to drive sales. It is about letting people know what products you have and knowing exactly who your audience is. Lauren shares with us some challenges that they faced as a small independent store; how she was able to use 'social media' to drive traffic to their shop and how it helps them decide what products to sell.
